GeneTraffic Software GeneTraffic is a web-based microarray data analysis and management software developed by Iobion Informatics that allows users to log onto a server, upload their microarray data and perform analysis and project management remotely. GeneTraffic® was made by Iobion® Informatics (now under Stratagene) and can be accessed thorough Internet Explorer 6.0 or greater on Windows XP. For two-colour/CDMC array users, GeneTraffic supports quantified microarray data files from GenePix, Imagene, ScanArray, QuantArray, ScanAlyze, Scanalytics, Lucidea Automated Spotfinder and ArrayVision as well as native scanned 16-bit TIFF files. For Affymetrix users, GeneTraffic requires CEL and CHP files. EXP, RPT, DAT, DCP files are optional and not required.
